Well yes, there we go. The amazing lack of interest in this particular subject kind of mirrors the same intransigence and apathy we saw from the PF back in the dark old days of SRAM.

Wowwy, and I heard that the PF are now letting kids of 16 yrs old join too. Wise or??? One to watch re the fundies perhaps remembering the SRA issue?

I reckon that it totally mis-handled the SRAM due to ignorance and naivety.

Yeah – they must be thick or something when you recall that whilst SAFF were pumping out correct info on occultism/wicca ect for the establishment to view the PF were actually working with the fundies at interfaith etc. Remember that little smarmy Vicar they invited to their big conference who later got done for some sort of kiddie porno offence? I recall that the arrogant PF clowns would not listen to anyone about how the fundies were in effect implanting missionaries into pagan circles at the time. Have they learnt anything from that situation or is it still the blind leading the blinder? The PF started out well in the 1970's but should really hang its head in shame about how it handled the SRAM. I'm constantly meeting people who were PF members at the time who didn't realise it was going on. I sometimes wonder if folks that join up with softer-option occult groups like the PF actually know what a great debt of thanks they owe to the people at SAFF from when dangerously naïve social workers, acting under misinformation from evangelists, first started their dawn raids with the police. If it hadn’t have been for groups like SAFF and the PAN pagans would have been presented with a very different reality. I mean to say, as far as I am aware no one else was telling the truth at the time of the Rochdale, Orkney etc SRAM cases about our occultist rights etc. No one else was countering the fundie lies about our sincerely – held beliefs. As far as I can recall the PF just wanted instead to hold hands at interfaith events with the same fundies who were seeking to do us all down with the authorities behind the scenes.

Worst thing is that the fundies who started the SRAM are still at large and still telling porkies about us all.
